I drink a milkproteinglucose drink immediately after my weights, is this ideal for drinking after hard interval cardio training, or would a different combination be better?

I find that I get a more bloated feeling with this drink after the cardio than I do after weights. Is this because the body cannot digest fooddrink as well after cardio compared to after weights?

The best drink for and during cardio is water

The combination you are taking is just calories which possibly defeat the purpose of cardio.

As for stomach upsets your mix is not harmful but your unique constitution is not reacting well, suggest you try tap water for a while. Many varieties cold, room temp or warm If you must have a 'flavor' added try plain fruit or vegetable juice (Ideally real ones), mix about 25% with water serve cold (but not compulsory to be cold)

Milk, 'protein' drinks are no doubt good for you, but need to be added to your calorie count, take them a time either after or before training say 1 hour.
