ECG results you mentioned? Don't see them.
Telmisartan (brand name Micardis) is an Angiotensin II receptor blocker ... It relaxes blood vessels thereby reducing blood pressure.
Carvedilol (brand name Coreg(US) Eucardic(UK)) is a Beta Blocker ... it relaxes the heart and arteries, reducing blood pressure, and it helps damage in the heart from attacks to heal.
Omeprazole (brand name Prilosec or Losec) is a Proton Pump Inhibitor to reduce production of acid by the stomach.
The drugs certainly indicate that you've been suffering from high blood pressure, and if you're still getting chest pains (angina?) then yup, you should probably be concerned and taking life carefully right now.
If you any symptoms of a heart attack (see
http://www.cardiofiles.net/heart-attack-symptoms-
128.html ) please call for an ambulance and get yourself to an emergency room. DO NOT TRY TO DRIVE YOURSELF THERE or have someone else drive you unless you have NO OTHER OPTION.
We may be able to determine something from the ECG results, but no promises, we aren't doctors (and don't play one on TV either), but some history and research can answer at least SOME questions about them.
If there are descriptions at the top of the ECGs put on by the machines, then it's important to remember that they are suggestions by the machine for the doctor to consider when interpreting the ECG ... they are not a diagnosis or even the basis for a diagnosis.
