What are the signs for a heart attack? I have a dull pain that starts under the arm. goes over the arm to the elbow. I have slight pains in the chest and my upper abdomen feels full. Could this be an agronomic problem from sitting in front of the computer for long hours?

There are lots of possibilities ... talk to a doctor or if they're really worrying you, get to a hospital.
