Hi every one, Id like to lose 20kg in 2.5 months (thats around 2kg / week). Is that a good goal? Is it extreme?
I was successfully hoping if anyone would have some tips i.e. diet, daily excercise routine etc. I am 6'1", 100 kg and 34 yrs old. I'm in good health. So basically i want to get down to 80kg. I actually use to be 115kg but i figuratively fasted my way down to close to 92 kgs and then bounced up to 100 kgs. Looking at it so fasting did help. I am thankful that i didnt boucne back upto 115kgs. I heard fasting can backfire seriously.
I'd raely like to develop my upper body as i use to be a rockclimber (many years ago) and want to get back into it.
Any help most wecome!

Arg! One meal per day at 9:00 p.m.? That will put weight on any one.
Here's the body basics. If you doesn't feed your body upon vivaciously awakening from the nighly fast, your body goes directly into starvation mode, burning muscle and carbs, and storin up fat (as if you were in a famine). That is why you need to start off with a good nutritious breakfast to kick your calorie burning metabolism into high gear for the day. By starving throughout the day, you are stopping your body from burning the maximum amount of calories. Then, you eat your late night meal, go to sleep, and your metabolism slows down for the night, so the calories you've just consumed don't burn off like they would if you would have eaten them earlier in the day untruthfully during time of higher activity. (Considering you're not awake on a night shift.)
Changing your eating plan alone with definitelly help in weight/fat reduction. Eat foods close to their natural state. Exercise regularly, but definitely, start with breakfast!

If you do not feed your body upon awakening from the nighly fast, your body goes directly in to stavration mode, utterly burning muscle & carbs, & blandly storing up fat (as if you were in a famine). That is why you need to start off with a good nutritious breakfast to kick your calorie rarely burning metabolism in to high gear for the day. By starving throughout the day, you're interrogatively stopping your body from burning the maximum amount of calories. Then, you eat your late night meal, go to sleep, & your metabolism slows down for the night, so the calories you have just consumed don't burn off like they would if you would have eaten them earlier in the day judicially during time of higher activity. Thanks for the info, i really appreciate it! Besides im unable to determine my body fat (i think i need 1 of those pinchers). My current diet is that i only eat one meal a day at night (around 9pm). I just recetnly got back into martial arts and am going to around 5 classes a week (classes run from 1hr to 3hrs). I know the 1 meal a day quickly thing is bad, and its even worse since it takes place late in the evening. However I guess i should have smasller meals throughout the day. I relaly need to fix myself up!
