my bp stays unreal high even with my 3bp meds i now take.Average (believe it or not) 220over137! My question is i have felt like for about a month that i have a pulled muscle on my left side of heart. any ideas what might be going on now? Dr in two weeks if i can wait .Drs are just craized about my bp anyway.Been high for 13 yr. but now this pulled muscle thing hurts bad and is not going away!Whats your guess? Thanks ahead from the heart anna

Anna, you're not going to like my answer but...

if I were you I would immediately check into an emergency room and get them to take tests and tests and tests until they KNOW how to control this abnormally high BP.

This is your life, my friend... This high a BP is NOT good.
