I am 5ft 4in, and my weight is 133 pounds. I would like to get down to about 118. For the past 3 months, I had been working out on the treadmill. Now, I can do a slow jog 4.5 pace for 35 minutes three times a week. I feel great after this....no pains at all.

I know that this might be too slow. Should I continue this pace or try to speed up. When I started this 3 months ago , I was weighing 138

I want to improve and get my weight down to 118. Can anyone give me some

The idea is to keep your pace up to the point where you can talk but not whistle

You will find this should keep your intensity up and increase it as your fitness gains

You may wish to try something like Heavyhands while walking on a tread mill. This really burns the calories without increasing walking pace or impact, you would find the intensity will bring up a sweat you wont believe
