I own a total gym and I have limited time in the day to work out. Anyone know of a good 20 minute total gym workout that I can do to get the most out of my total gym?

glazedham, I would suggest you look at their site - as far as I understand (I never looked there because I don't own one) - they have 'tailored' workouts for all situations...

Thanks, I forgot to mention that I don't want to pay $20 a month membership to their fitness website.

O. I am so sorry. I didn't know membership fees were being collected I thought it was a service if having bought the total-gym. Again, sorry.
