Im sooo tired all the time, when i go to bed i can sleep right through and not wake up untill 1am, then it takes ages for me to wake up properllly it used to be sleeping to 11am at very latest but recently i can sleep all the time

i do admit alot of nights i go bed 12am, but i cannt go any earlier cos i got to pick me bf up from work as he works in a bar, and i cant sleep anyway untill hes home , as im a scardy cat i find it hard getting up in the mornings, and have very little energy but i am getting my 8 hours and certinally more sleep and i dont do anything active in a day, as i work on a checkout.

its doing my head in.. i dont know what to do, i dont drink caffeen/ green tea, soda etc, dont drink coke cola/ fizzy drinks

Are you on a diet? At how many calories a day? Have you cut any specific kind of food group? Any exercise?
You sleep 8 hours, but is it good quality sleep? Do you wake up in the night, have troubles sleeping, stuff like that? Can you nap during the week-end or before dinner?
Do you feel depressed or something like this? Have you tried multivitamins?

Sometimes, it might be a good thing to relax things a bit before starting anew...
