i was following weight watchers for 6 months and lost 30lbs but when i reached my goal i decided that i could go off the program and not have to worry about gaining the weight back. well i have gained some of it back. but i don't want to go on weight watchers again because i think that my body is getting to used to it.
so i have decided that i am going to count calories instead anyone have any suggestions on low cal snack ideas and meal ideas. i am also going to be doing slim fast at the same time. so i will have a shake for lunch and break fast i need the ideas for dinner and snacks.
also i am new to this group.
thanks in advance for any and all help

PLEASE! Don't use slimcrap. I'll tell you why - It has over 40g of carbs - mostly from sugar. By comparison, a Hershey chocolate bar has 24g of carbs.
Slimcrap has less protein than a glass of milk. It is nothing more than over-priced chocolate milk. If you want to replace meals with shakes, try myoplex, met-rx or just simply buy some bulk protein powder and blend with nonfat milk and fruit or whatever your heart desires. Better nutrition profile, less calories.

I used to do the WW points system, but now count calories instead. The reason? I found that the way the point system is set up forced me to eat low fat, high carb. I didn't get enough protein or fat, and was always hungry. I found that by counting cals instead, I still eat about the same *amount* of food, but am not so restricted. Try using Fitday (fitday.com) to count your calories, and compare to the number of points you're allowed in a day.
