This is a question for your doctor. Right axis deviation is common and often benign in tall thin individuals, but may be a symptom of problems in others. Your doctor needs to complete diagnostics to determine whether it's a significant finding.

We certainly can't make any comments on a web forum to give you an idea as to what happens because put simply, interpreting an EKG is no easy thing and it takes a trained practitioner to do so and it usually needs additional diagnostics.
