I have once again returned to the fold, looking for the requisite support.
I cannot remember how any times I have used this service over the years, but once again I am secure in the knowledge that I will forever expel the evil nico-demon. I have two boxes of Nicorette Gum on hand but have yet to have a serious craving, so the packages have not been opened. There is one missing dynamic that heretofore existed during those tough "quit" times, and that is I have changed careers to something that is not nearly as stressful as my rather colorful past. I think this, and a strong will, coupled with help from friends, will ensure success..........Good luck to all.

Good for you, MJ. I kept telling myself that I'd never quit if I gave up trying. So here I am in good company.

Day 6 for me.
