Hello. I'm a newbie and am asking for some thoughts & suggestions. I am a 22 year old male, 180 lbs., 5'10', 13%bodyfat. I have been lifting now for 3 days a week for the last couple of months. I've been doing cardio 2 days a week for about 30 minutes. In the last two weeks, I just began taking Twinlab's Ripped Fuel (EC stack). What I want to do is this: I want to lose about 10 pounds (of FAT) and at the same time I want to build muscle. As far as my nutrition goes, my typical day is pretty much as follows: Breakfast- oatmeal with no-fat milk; mid-morning snack - no-fat yogurt; Lunch-tunafish sandwich on wheat(no mayo); Afternoon snack - no-fat yogurt; Dinner-mostly veggies and lean meat. Now, should I start doing more cardio or should I limit the cardio and concentrate more on my weight lifting? Also, what other foods could I be eating. All comments appreciated. Thank

Since you've only been working out for a few months, you may have the beginner advantage of being able to add muscle while losing fat. Keep in mind that there are two ways to decrease bodyfat%
