I don't think skipping dinner is good for you. It makes me wonder if your eating too much for lunch. I think you should eat 5 times a day.
Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner. Smaller portions, better foods, vegetables, fruits, lean meats, balanced carbohydrates, fats, and proteins are needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
There are times when skipping a meal may come about like when you are very busy at work and you don't have time to go out and pick something up. I'd recommend buying beforehand a meal supplement item like health bars and such. Just make sure it is something that's healthy in nutrients, low in calories and such.
Obviously skipping a meal once in a while won't have a long lasting result, but if you are doing it to lose weight and are doing it regularly then your not doing your body any good.

You shouldn't be skipping meals because then you're that much more likely to binge the next time you let yourself eat. Having said that, I think if you aren't hungry it's not good to force yourself to eat. But I have to ask how much exercise you're getting? The more I exercise, the hungrier I feel.
And you can't be healthy over all without exercise.

If you don't have a weight problem don't worry about it. Otherwise, skipping meals is unwise. Eat more meals and eat smaller portions.
Six meals may be optimal.

If you are in good health, at good weight etc, and do not feel like eating after a certain time, by all means do not eat after a certain time.
If you are not healthy and/or overweight, you need to look at the whole picture as to how much you eat, exercise, etc. Just skipping dinner will not make you slim.

It is best to spread your eating out equally throughout the day. It tends to regulate your body and blood sugar levels. I hesitate to go into great detail, as it appears that English is your second language and you may struggle with the understanding a bit.
But, aside from that, many people have found success with not eating in the evenings or after 6pm or something along that lines.
My philosophy is - if you are not hungry, then don't eat. But if you are hungry, then your body is telling you to eat.
