Hi there~
I have a painful, Pinprick feeling shoots across my forehead any time I get hot, either from walking briskly, hot shower, mostly when heart rate gets elevated.
Help!

You need to see a neurologist and ask him to conduct tests which include carotide doppler, serum lipid profile and blood sugar...

Usually it's nothing - just a sensation without a cause but just in order to be sure you will have to be checked
