Just found this site, and thought I'd register and see what's the scoop.
Me, 53/M/non-smoker/heart attack in 2005/ work out 4-7 days a week/165 (ok, 168)LBS...
I am embarking on a strict heart-rate work out routine. Mainly out of boredom. I spend 20 - 60 mins on elipical/bike/treadmill when I work out.
While fun and I get into watching the heart rate, if I didn't have great music (grateful dead)... I would possibly lose that spark.
So, here I am an just starting to learn about all the things I need to do.
