hi
my mother is 45 years and she is now taking warfarin 16mg a day but it did not raise her INR yet even though she is taking it for 3 weeks? can any one tell me what could be the possible reason for that?

High vitamin K in her diet is one possibility caused by eating foods high in it, like many greens.
