I am Marvin I have been smoking since 8 years there are few times I tried to quit first one last long for 2 days next one a week third one for 2 months and now again I am on the mission. So I want your company guys, those who already enjoying fresh air.

Hello Magic,

Well everything is fine and it was hard for a couple of weeks but then my body got used to it. Nicotine gave me hard time initially but I was and am strong to get rid of Nic. Kept myself busy with other work and not think about fag much and stayed away from the smokers.

Marvin that is great news. I have been off butts for 5 years. Took the birth of my son and the death of my dad to kick the nasty habit.

Now I spend my time educating people on the dangers of smoking cigarettes.

Thank you for your reply and I have been off since 5 months and 10days and you are doing a great job by educating people about the dangers of smoking.
