Not really, but there are things to reduce your consumption of ... Eating Anything with high levels of vitamin K will LOWER the INR number. So there are things NOT to eat in abundance.
Here's a list of foods and their relative vitamin K content. If you're eating a lot of high vitamin K foods, cut back on them.
Also note that vitamin K and INR react fairly quickly ... so if you consume a lot of vitamin K today and have a test tomorrow your INR may be lower than it is on average. Kind of like having a blood sugar test a couple hours after going to the donut shop!
The normal way of dealing with high Vit K foods is to eat them consistently and adjust the coumadin(warfarin) or other blood thinner med.
