Does anyone have any information on this low carb, high protein diet.
I'm not very knowledgeable about proper diets, but to me this one just seems like it can't be good for you! My friend tried it, and ate nothing but eggs, cheese, meat and water. Not only did she stink after a few days, but she had no energy. Eventually she had to quit because she couldn't concentrate on anything.
What exactly does this diet try to do for you? Has anyone tried it and have success? Any info would be great.
