My blood pressure is 90/60 and my doctor doesn't see a problem with it. I am 23 5'6" and 130lbs. However when I exercise my heart rate climbs to 200 and over. I am worried as I also occasionally have a rapid heart rate at random times. When checked my pulse is in the normal range. But I do often experience dizziness and lightheaded spells. Should I just get a second opinion?

90/60 for bp is defintely low, but may be considered normal for you.

A maximum pulse rate for an adult is normally 220-age in years. So, at 23, a max pulse rate of 197 would be considered normal.

A higher than normal pulse rate at random times suggests that maybe your body is trying to increase your blood flow due to low blood pressure.

Low blood pressure can be caused by insufficient hydration. Do you drink enough fluids in a day? Typically, we require about 2 litres per day fluid intake.
