I recently attended a lecture during which the speaker stated in no uncertain terms that people with low blood pressure never have heart attacks. If this is so, then what about the other risk factors e.g.
high cholesterol. Can the low blood pressure override all else or is this a simplificaton of current knowledge?

I am on 20 mg. Zocor and have low bp - usual readings, 90/60.

I go to a gym 4-5 times week, and do resistance and cardio. My BMI is
20.1.
I try to limit all fats but will watch this even more religiously.
Mets around 6.6. Should I try to just increase duration or mets or both?
More cardio and less resistance? I have a limited amount of hours I can spend there and want to do it wisely.

Try some of the Weider principles. namely body confusion. Try to vary your workouts as your body adapts to whatever your throw at it in time. Confuse the thing for better results .

And how, I wonder, would anyone know? No credentials in evidence. No educational background in evidence. No professional affiliation in evidence. No testimonials in evidence. Only claims from a vicious liar who promotes the scientifically unsound 2PoundPOWDiet.

Looks like Ears has asked the same question that Largest M_asshole has been asked lots of times without any answer.

As for clues, Largest M_anhole works very, very hard to make sure there aren't any.

I believe there are ten developed for body building. One of them is "Body confusion" and this applies to iron pumping as well as dieting and many other aspects of health or your body.

I have never looked, but a google search for Weider principles or body confusion should net you something.
