It's not a healthy blood pressure although not inordinately high. The resting pulse rate is also high although your pulse rate can pick up to that from simply worrying about your bp/pulse!

But you indicate that you've got chest pain. If you haven't done anything that might pull the muscles of your chest then that alone is something to be concerned about.
