I am about 5' 2" and am beginning to see results from weight lifting except for my inner thighs. Does anyone know some great excerises that would create some fat loss and toning for my inner thighs? I guess by this topic you can see that I am a woman. Men usually don't have to deal with this issue ( I don't think.) Thanks for you help.
