I am starting to workout more regularly and I know I have to increase my protein intake in order to see any results. Does anyone have any suggestions for inexpensive sources of protein? I am on a pretty tight budget and can't really afford supplements.

Just the obvious food sources - meat, chicken, fish, soy, milk, eggs.

But you do *not* have to increase your protein intake to see results, especially at the beginning. It's really only an issue if you're trying to add muscle mass - much can be achieved in the way of looking and feeling better by losing weight and getting stronger.
