I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia syndrome about 5 years ago. I am not sure if swelling of hands, feet and torso, constant headaches memory loss, back pains, inability to concentrate and heart palpitations can all be attributed to this. It seems to be my docs go to answer but I am wondering if there isn't something else going on. (I am 30 years old, by the way)

Don't you think you'd get a better answer to those questions in a forum dedicated to FM? There are certainly lots of forums about FM online ... this is a cardiac oriented site. The title of this particular forum Heart Attacks and Diseases refers to Diseases of the Heart.

And just FYI, most of your symptoms may be attributable to FM (we have an FM sufferer in my family so we've seen most of them ... but not all ... like palpitations ... but I haven't gone studying much about FM.)

That said, don't rely on on-line forums ... talk to your doctor. Let him/her do a new work up to check out the state of your illness.
