Hi

That wouldn't be a healthy thing to do and I seriously doubt this is possible at all.

I'm sorry to be the bringer of the 'bad news' but I honestly believe in losing weight in a responsible (read: change lifestyle - eating habits) manner.

You want us to help you kill yourself? No way. Apart from the fact that losing 20kg (45 lb) in under a month is near impossible, to do so puts you in severe risk of killing yourself from starvation.

i dont think its impossible, a little bit unhealthy, but im in the same boat id also like to lose 20kg in a short amount of time. If you really put your mind to it, get 30 mins excercise every day if not twice a day by going on a brisk walk or something, and stick to mainly fresh fruit and veg. no fruit juices, alcohol or any other clearly fatty products, even reduce cheese . and if you have to drink, vodkas the best for notputting on alcohol weight. i really wish you luck because im on the saem kind of program trying to lose excess weight before my bday in three weeks . let me know how you go!

The trouble with crash weight loss like this is that you'll never keep that weight off. The usual loss of this kind of weight is fluid loss, not fat loss.

To lose weight safely and keep it off you need to shed about 1/2 to 1 kg per WEEK. That's all ... and it will involve a lifestyle change, not a "diet", and exercise.

Trying to lose over 5kg per week is nothing short of foolhardy!

if you lose that amount of weight in a month, it will be water weight which will come back when you consume water and eat normally. my theory is if it took you a year to put it on, it'll take a year to get it off
