I have bee diagnosed with incomplete right bundle blockage, and my dr told me not to worry and that I was fine. I have been having heart rate acceleration episodes (which is why I went to be checked in the first place) I only have to exert myself a little physically and my heart rate can jump to 180. I have tried breathing exercises, natural remidies, changing my eating habits but nothing has really helped. there must be something that I can do to calm myself down and to get back to normal. Please advise.

A bundle branch block is an electrical abnormality of the heart. A block of the right side of the heart is far less significant than a block on the left side. An incomplete block means basically that ... not all the signals are getting through.

What caused it? Sometimes it's simply something that tends to happen as we age. Sometimes it's from a prior undetected heart attack.

It will be your doctor who'll need to investigate further and rule out more significant problems and determine if there's a treatment needed. Certainly the very high pulse rate is of concern, but for the moment, relax. He may place you on meds to try and stabilize that heart rate.

In the meantime try not to worry, but absolutely, if you have any of the symptoms of a heart attack, call Emergency to get paramedics and an ambulance to go to the hospital. Don't rely on someone else driving you and DO NOT DRIVE yourself! Paramedics have some of the tools needed to stabilize you prior to transport. Fastest way to treatment!
