i had a aneuryzm, so they also replace aortic valve for mechanical and the surgery was 3 months ago. now i feel like burning on the upper left side by the heart, i can feel when i touch it . is it normal its second day

Seems unusual that you can feel the pain differently by touching the chest which would suggest that it's not the heart itself. I had all kinds of strange sensations in my chest after my bypass surgery ... most of them were in the chest wall ... it's easy to strain the muscles of the chest wall after they rip it open to get at your heart. And I did find that mild palpating (feeling) would change the sensations ... sometimes making them worse sometimes better.

I would strongly urge you to go see a doctor though to verify what it actually is though. If the pain feels as if it's deep inside the ribcage,it may be appropriate to go to an ER. If that pain gets uncomfortably strong also appropriate to go to the ER.
