I am on Spironolactone and find myself feeling dizzy and light-headed. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is temporary?

This is one of the side effects that you should talk to your doctor about. After reading about this drug, I have to admit, it's one that I'd be reluctant to take for any prolonged period. I'd be inclined to ask for a different diuretic, even if it means taking potassium for anything more than a few months use. (One of the benefits of spironolactone ... it tends to not deplete potassium levels while helping you get rid of excess fluids, but there is concern about carcinogenisis with prolonged use)
