I am having servere pain on the tip of my scapula, and down my arm. The pain is so back I can't sit in a chair and relax.

Rather than post questions in a forum. that we can't legally answer, even if we had sufficient information to make a diagnosis, you SHOULD be taking yourself to a doctor or an ER if the pain is that severe.

I'd love to be able to help everyone who posts "I have a pain" but we aren't doctors, even if we have a lot of knowledge. Doctors or other qualified and licensed practitioners are the only people who can LEGALLY give you a diagnosis.

With the amount of information you gave we can't even begin to SPECULATE on what the problem is.

So PLEASE go see a doctor! If the pain is severe and in particular if it feels like it's compressing your chest, don't mess around, go to a hospital, and DON'T drive yourself.Call 911 ... the paramedics are allowed to make a preliminary diagnosis and administer first response medications etc if needed.
