I am a premenopausal woman, and I have been experiencing pressure in my chest, some palpitations and shortness of breath. It worse in the mornings, and during the day the symptoms wear of. I have heard that this is a common pretmenopausal complain - should I be concerned that it is anything more than that?

Any unusual pains in your chest you should see your doctor. It may be nothing, but then that's good to know because palpitations can be brought on by the stress of not knowing what's going on in your chest!
