I am a patient of angina. My three arteries are blocked: RCA 100%, LAD 80%, Cx 60%. I am taking Crestor 10 mg in addition to beta blockers. I am also taking Vit C 3000 mg, Vit A 10,000 IU, Vit E 1000 mg and DHA/EPA 350 mg. What you advise anything else or any change in doasgages?

I am not a doctor and I don't even play one on TV. These are questions that you should have for your doctor. Presumably you are going to be having bypass surgery to open up those arteries.

It is normal to make some lifestyle changes when you've had such a diagnosis such as to dramatically reduce the fat intake in your diet probably to consume no more than 50 gm per day ... and even tighter restrictions on saturated fats. This can be difficult, I know, from many ethnic diets, such as those from the Indian subcontinent where fats like ghee are used extensively. Also it is generally recommended to cut salt intake to no more than 2300mg per day (about 1 5ml teaspoon).

Normally, after bypass surgery a program of exercise is recommended, but before might be risky ... talk with your doctor.
