I am a 39 year old male who has always had better than average health. I've smoked for the last 5 years, never before that. I eat better than average (less meats more veggies, lots of sugar) Drink 1-2 cups of coffee/caffeinated drink per day. Don't sleep more than 6 hours per day am about 5'6" 160lbs with a stout/strong build with about 20BMI.
For the last month I have been having a buzzing in my ears, some dizziness, lots of joint pain and my blood pressure is (as always has been) about 114/65 with 60bpm. When I was working my pulse was closer to 45bpm. I am currently unemployed, with no health benefits so any ideas will help. Thanks.

With these results I am almost sure this cannot have anything to do with your heart. However in order to be completely sure you will have to undergo tests only doctors can perform on you so you will have to go see a physician.

Thanks for the info. The internet can be a dangerous place for those with fears of something seriously wrong. I will quit the smoking and cut down the caffeine and sugar too - just in case. Best of luck to all.
