If swimming doesn't work well, try doing harder laps, like instead of doing just 50 yards at a time, do 100 or 200 yards. How? Just find that space in your mind that tells you to keep going, and to ignore your body if it tells you to stop. Also, just imagine how much more fun your life could be if you lose the extra pounds. And although you eat healthy, try to not eat ANY type of chip or cookie, no matter HOW healthy they tell you it is, becuase it IS still a cookie, or a chip. Stay away from the crackers, popsicles, ice cream, and goldfish. Also try to eat organic. Certain chemicals on a veggie or fruit will be more fattening than organic. Try salad, but stay away from fattening dressings (like ranch) or tons of cheese. Try to pick non- fattening meats, without a lot of starch. If you do all this, then you'll lose weight, because that's how I lost weight, and it worked.
