Aerobic exercise will increase anyone's blood pressure and heart rate ... doesn't matter if they're 16 or 60. What matters is how high, how fast, and the speed of the return to normal. Of course it will impact other things that can be detected by EKG that might be significant to one's heart and circulatory function.

If you are a teen or know a teen who you believe might be suffering abnormal heart function then you should be getting that teen to the doctor. It would also help if you were to ask questions that have some substance. This question is kind of like "Will the car engine get louder if I put my foot on the gas?" Questions like "My car is making a banging noise when I put my foot down" are ones that would get better answers.

Or are you the same guest who's asking things like "Is it OK to chew gum?" and "What is antifreeze?"
