Hi, over time my blood pressure gauge (needle) is totally off "zero".
There is no indication in the manuals on calibration. It was an expensive one top quality - I've heard others have similar problems.

Is it possible to calibrate?! I've tried moving the needle back to zero with a magnet and also by tapping slightly, neither worked.

Also inspecting different products none seem to mention ability to calibrate?
I have been mentally calibrating (subtracting).

I don't know if you can calibrate this. You should call the makers of the blood pressure cuff and ask them.

Take it to Walmart and take your blood pressure with their machine (near pharmacy window). Then compare their machine reading to yours.
