26 female .i always suffered from rapid and high pulse rate is 124 and low blood pressure always 100/60 and I suffer a pain in the left arm and the left side of the heart. And always makes me I set my blood pressure is a headache, dizziness and fatigue, nausea, and whether this constitutes a danger to the heart?

Talk with your doctor. Your high pulse rate is called tachycardia and it can be serious. On the other hand it may be normal for you. Only your doctor can tell for sure.

I'm not saying this because I'm hiding bad news ... it's just that there are many complex potential causes and your doctor will be the best person to determine if there's a problem.

He'll start by listening to your heart beating and probably order an Electrocardiogram (EKG ECG) which is a simple non-invasive test.
