I have been lifting weights for a few months now. I m lifting pretty heavy,
I know I am getting stronger because I am adding more weight but My muscles only stay big for an hour or so after working out then go back to the regular size. I started taking Twin Labs creatin about a week ago but see or feel no difference. Am I a hopless case?

Lets say he dosnt have time to fix hi calorie meals, what are the best suppliments?

Good advice, Bob. And let's make sure it's whole milk, not skim. One big lifter I know swears by drinking a gallon of whole milk a day when he's trying to add muscle.
