Im 30 years old,Male and started getting PVC's about 6 months ago but they've slowly become more frequent recently, they happen most when trying to fall asleep at night , I've recently had a
EKG / 24Hr Holter / Echocardiogram and a Treadmill stress test performed wich all came back normal ,even tho my doctor says not to worry I find it very difficult to fall asleep with these PVC's ,he doesnt want to put me on meds because of the possible side effects ..my question is does anyone know of any vitamins / herbs etc. that might reduce there frequency? I avoid caffiene ,dont smoke or drink alcohol ,Thanks in advance.

Try taking some Magnesium. About 500-1000 MG per day. You can buy it in any Drugstore or Health food store. This has worked for many people and also works on A-Fib and PACs.

I recenlty added fish oil and chelated magnesium to my morning supplements and it really has seemed to make a difference. In the last few weeks I've only had one fleeting episode of PACs whereas before I was getting them almost every day.

Give it a try.
