I've finally decided that I have to get back to exercising and I looked around for a program like I used to use on TV to exercise to, but I can't find any? Does anyone know of a program on a national tv channel that has aerobics or any exercise program?

Thanks.

Denise Austin is on Lifetime TV (cable) at 7:00 am. She does two half hour programs. Fitness Lite and a faster paced workout. They are worth taping so that you can piece them together into several workout tapes. I put all her cardio routines on one tape, all the weight training routines on a tape, etc. This way, I can do two or three of her cardio routine to get 20 minutes of cardio and a couple of weight training routines do get in some toning.

Bodyshaping- M-F mornings on Espn2. Usually on at 6:00am and 6:30am. Gilad's Bodies In Motion- M-F on the Health channel. Usually on through out the morning and even on the weekends. TotallyLee(former mr. olympian Lee Haney)- M&F mornings at 6:30am on the Trinity Broadcasting Network. Check local listings for your time zone. Hope this helps. Happy fitness.
