I am new to treadmills and I always feel dizzy after I get off the treadmill. For a while it feels like my body is used to the conveyor belt motion. I do my warmup and 5 mins steady cooldown before getting off but it doesnot help. I like running on treadmill and I am trying to find out a resolution to this. Anybody with any advice?

I too, used to feel dizzy when I firtst starting working out on treadmills, but it gradually got better. It's like your body has a hard time adjusting, after you step off of it.
It took a little while, but I don't feel it at all now.

It should get better. It usually only takes a few times, but everyone is different. At the Y I workout at, there is a warning on the wall for new treadmill users about the exact same thing. So it is normal.
