Hi All:

I wonder if anyone knows how much exercise alone helps to improve cholesterol and triglyceride levels vs. cholesterol-lowering dieting alone.

my tri's were 1000 before i started working out....intense cardio 6 days a week and weight lifting every other..im down around 180 with no medication..i do watch my diet though although i eat lots of fruit
