I need HELP PLEASE!!!! My husband has been sick for over 5 weeks now. He has excessive vomiting, extremely high blood pressure and heart rate and has lost almost 30 pounds. He has had high blood pressure for many years but it has become even higher. He is 45 years old and until 6 weeks ago, he was in good physical condition. The vomiting he is doing is not like a flu or stomach virus, it is uncontrolable vomiting. He is in the hospital now for the 3rd time in 5 weeks. The doctors have run 2 cat scans, something called an empty study, and numorus blood test. The only thing they can tell us for sure is that only 1% of his stomach is working. I have requested that the doctors check his pancrese. Am I going in the right direction? Someone please help. I am afraid he is going soon if they don't find something this time. Thank you for your time

Tbaker, I am very sorry to hear about your husband's condition. I would ask the doctors to examine every direction (including pancreas) in order to rule out what it can NOT be.
When they say his stomach is working only for 1% did they offer cures to remedy this? I mean if one's stomach doesn't work properly that should be fixed first, no?

I am sorry I couldn't be of more help to you and wish your husband will get better soon.

Thank you so much for your kind words. Yes they have checked his pancreas twice. Thy say the test show no blockages or ulcers and they are stumped. He has an appointment with another doctor next week and they are going to check for metal poisioning. He works in an iron mill and does the grinding. His employers will not furnish mask for them to wear, so he inhales the dust all day. Maybe we'll get some answers soon. Thanks again

There are lots of possibilities to cause this kind of response ... The high heart rate is probably a body response to whatever's going on with the stomach.

Hello,

Please look into the possibility of trying natural supplements like super omega for the high blood preassure. Call Natures Sunshine Company they have the best supplements.

I dare to object, Angel. ALL companies incorporating the same active ingredients are producing the best supplements. There is no need to advertise either one of them.

more to the point, it's highly unlikely that supplements are the action to a collection of symptoms as vomiting, high blood pressure, tachycardia and weight loss.

To me, that post looks more like unsolicited commercial advertising. aka spam.
