Has any one got any home remidies for me to try ? I am willing to try almost anything! My bp is always scary even with three meds..DRs have no clue .I am only 110 pounds,and 50 year old but its been this way since 1996 changing meds for bp regular.Right now and a average of 220 over137!!! I know its not gonna be much longer if i cant figure something to help it a little at least. Any ideas???? Thanks from the heart ahead im getting scared lately? Anna Tus. AL.

Anna, I answered you in the other thread you opened. Go to an emergency room. They cannot release you from there without bringing the BP down to a reasonable level. Go now. Go.
