i would like to know that in detecting cardio vascular diseases if i m using ECG ... would it be sufficient if i just looked at lead ii and lead vi ..

...or rather wat are the case or conditions that CANNOT be noted on lead ii or lead vi ? what are the leads that are looked at by the cardiologist to check for these ?

secondly , wat "serious" heart conditions do not show changes (or cannot be diagnosed) looking at ECGs ?
thanks

kapilesh
