I have this difference in Blood Pressures in different arms while the Left is higher at 130 / 84 the right arm at time goes down to 117 / 77 .

I am taking Telma - Am regularly for BP control I try and excercise atleast 04 time a week which is walking on the Tread mill for 40 mins and light weights .

Can please advise if I have some kind of underlying problem that I shud be concerned about ?

A difference is not uncommon. Are your arms at the same level when taking BP?

Have you been checked for atherosclerosis? and in particular PAD (Peripheral Artery Disease)? Some things to ask your doctor about!
