Could you recommend a monometer to me, so that I can accurately measure my BP?

Go to your pharmacy. Many today have stations where you can come in and take your BP. If you want to take your BP more often, they usually have several on offer, some semi-automatic (you inflate, it deflates and takes readings) and some fully automatic (it inflates and then deflates and takes readings). It all depends on what you want to pay.

Talk with your pharmacist about what you want it for and how accurate you want it. Also get your pharmacist or doctor's nurse to show you how to use it to your best advantage and to get accurate readings (the position of your arm matters!)
