Not likely. Greenish urine is usually associated with certain medications like cimetidine (Tagamet), or asparagus, or certain green food colourings. It can also be associated with a gall bladder problem, or a urinary tract infection.
Statins may tend to cause more intense yellow which should be looked at in case of rhabdomyolosis (muscle breakdown).
