ddorji, welcome to the forum

I am sorry to hear you are not feeling well. It sounds like a cliche but the only one who can really help you is a doctor. Perhaps you can change doctors or ask for a second opinion from another doctor?

my discomfort is always located at the left side of the chest and of course cannot pinpoint the discomfort. this is really killing me; i am out of energy and strenght.

i have done EKG,ECHO and the tests were fine.
i dont feel any pain when i do exercise, but after the exercise my discomfort starts and i feel weak.
after large meals i get more discomfort. i think the cause may acid reflux.

becoz of remoteness the country; meeting doctor is very difficult and also there is no cardiologist.

i have decide to take Zantac 100mg thinking that the discomfort is due to acid reflux.
can onlin medication help me.

can any body advise me please.

ddorji I am sorry I cannot be of more help to you but if I would start to suggest options or remedies I might be endangering your health since (I repeat) your doctor is the only one who can advise you.

Isn't there a way you can take a day or two off and travel to see a doctor for such an important issue as your health?
