The internet is not a doctor. It is illegal to diagnose because a) we aren't doctors, and b) even if we were doctors, there's a requirement to do a full examination.
Looking at a list of generic symptoms on a web posting isn't an examination at all!
You NEED to go see a doctor. The symptoms you describe are called "non-specific" symptoms ... in other words, they apply to LOTS of different ailments. The only way to get a proper diagnosis is to go see a doctor.
About all I can say is that these do not sound like heart related problems but do sound more likely to be related to your lungs.
